We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Berlin!

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager at Mailbutler, you will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. The person in this role will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager and CTO. Join us tackling exciting challenges in a positive and fun work environment at Mailbutler!

Skills

Customer Support, Technical Support, German Language, English language

You have:

  • Great amount of experience with a proven record of success in the field of customer support.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills (English and German)
  • The drive to take responsibility and work independently
  • A positive work spirit and desire to have fun while gaining new experiences

You will:

  • Provide technical and product support
  • Investigate and solve customers' problems
  • Write knowledge base articles about frequently asked questions
  • Lead qualification
  • Send reports to development and sales team
  • Have a flat hierarchy and plenty of responsibilities from the start
